We envision a future where every person exiting incarceration, hospitalization, unstable housing, trauma or addiction-including our veterans has immediate access to dignified care, individualized support, and a path to long term recovery, reentry, and independence.
Our communities thrive when those met at risk are given space, structure, and support to transform their lives.

The Attitude Reformed to Live Program exists to empower justice involved individuals, veterans, and those recovering from substance use or medical crises by providing trauma informed care, non-medical recuperative care, and supportive housing.
Through safe, structured environments and personalized holistic wraparound services, we help individuals stabilize, heal, and build self-sufficient lives as they reintegrate into the community.

Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and Advisors who oversee strategy, ethics, and fiscal responsibility.

From serving in WWII to transforming community healthcare in Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. James Stewart dedicated his life to making healthcare accessible for all. As Director of Primary Care at Mercy Hospital, he pioneered mobile health units, rehab centers, and clinics for underserved communities.
