Reentry Empowerment Program

Goal: Equip participants with the tools, mindset, and support system needed for successful reintegration.


Activities:


  • Individualized reentry plans with SMART goals
  • Weekly case management meetings
  • Personal accountability circles (peer support + staff)
  • Reentry success tracking (housing, job, sobriety milestones)

Veteran Restoration Initiative

Goal: Restore dignity and self-worth in justice-involved and tveterans through tailored support.


Activities:


  • Veteran-only support groups (peer-led)
  • Navigation of VA benefits, housing, and healthcare
  • Trauma-informed therapy specific to combat/PTSD experiences
  • Community-building outings (service projects, group hikes, etc.)

Attitude & Accountability Workshops

Goal: Rewire thinking patterns and foster a mindset of responsibility and growth.


Activities:


  • Weekly workshops on emotional regulation, decision-making, and self-discipline
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group sessions
  • Journaling and self-reflection exercises
  • Guest speakers: formerly incarcerated individuals with success stories

Workforce Reentry & Career Launch Program

Goal: Prepare participants for sustainable employment and long-term financial stability.


Activities:


  • Resume building and mock interviews
  • Industry-specific job training and certifications (e.g. CDL, HVAC, culinary arts)
  • Employer partnerships for second-chance hiring
  • Job retention coaching for first 90 days of employment

Recovery & Relapse Prevention Track

Goal: Support lifelong recovery through integrated substance use and mental health services.


Activities:


  • 12-step and non-12-step recovery groups
  • Licensed substance abuse counseling
  • Mindfulness, yoga, and holistic wellness classes
  • Relapse prevention planning sessions

Financial Resilience Program

Goal: Build long-term financial health and independence.


Activities:


  • Credit repair workshops with certified credit counselors
  • Monthly budgeting classes
  • Bank account setup assistance and savings challenges
  • Entrepreneur support for business-minded participants

Life Skills & Leadership Lab

Goal: Cultivate everyday life management and personal leadership abilities.


Activities:


  • Cooking, cleaning, and personal organization classes
  • Time management and goal-setting clinics
  • Public speaking, storytelling, and peer mentoring
  • “Becoming a Leader” series for alumni mentorship roles

Community Impact & Service Projects

Goal: Foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and civic engagement.


Activities:


  • Monthly community service events (feeding programs, cleanups)
  • Annual “Reformed to Lead” public showcase & graduation ceremony
  • Collaboration with local schools, churches, and orgs
  • Community advocacy training (how to tell your story and push for reform)

Transitional Housing & Stabilization Program

Goal: Provide safe, stable, and supportive living environments as the foundation for recovery.


Activities:


  • Tiered housing system (entry-level to independent living)
  • Weekly house meetings and shared responsibility plans
  • Curfew and behavior contracts based on accountability
  • Housing readiness prep for permanent residency
